HANDS DOWN THE BEST PLACE IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD!! my daughter and i come here everyday for lunch , great service great food and friendly people behind the counters. garden gourmet ! keep up the great work and keep that quality food flowing !!

I live in Manhattan. I was looking to recommend a GROCERY STORE near the Garden to a friend. There is a 7/11 on 7th a block or two away. This is NOT an American Grocery Store by today's standards. The downstairs has a some tables, a TV and some shelves of household items and foods. I saw a sign that there is a Rest Room. Convenient but not a site for tourists visiting NYC as i had hoped to find.
