Excellent food! Great presentation and quantity. We ordered the popcorn shrimp, crab fingers and okra fry, all were amazing. The shrimp etouffee was FILLED with shrimp- I have never seen a restaurant give so many shrimps in an entree. The sticky chicken was so well cooked. Highly recommend this place

Took a while to get seated. Pretty empty at the time we went. Food was good, but pricey. Uncomfortable seating. Pecan pie wasn’t good. Chocolate bourbon pecan pie sounded good in theory, and it looked gorgeous. But the flavor of the crust tasted freezer burnt and the pie almost inedible. Took two bites and couldn’t take another bite. Overall I wasn’t impressed, but my husband liked it he had the rice and beans.

As a big fan of N.O. I was excited to try the french quarter. Came early since we didn't have a reservation before seeing a show next door. Definitely a good call as we watched many without a reservation be disappointed with the wait times. The food was beyond worth it and fantastic cocktails. Service and speed were also on point. Ten minutes after open there were no empty seats for good reason.

This place is pretty good. It's a bit overpriced for what it is but overall not a bad place to get some food and a drink. You should definitely stop by. Just know that the dinner menu isn't too friendly to vegetarians, which is bizarre given that they have vegetarian options for lunch. I guess they suspect that vegetarians don't eat dinner. Lol! The "hot" chicken sandwich is definitely not hot. Don't worry. It's just a chicken sandwich with some hot sauce on it. It has a very nice flavor and is well constructed. The sandwich I got was very oily, which isn't so much a critique of the recipe as much as it is of the staff this day. So, your results may vary. Hopefully, yours won't be so oily. They should have just drained it a bit longer. Other than that, it was a very good sandwich. The fries are REALLY good. I didn't expect them to be that nice. Definitely get the fries. The french quarter salad is a standard house salad. Not much to write home about but it wasn't bad. It was really...

Great service. Strong, tasty drinks. Inconsistent cookery. Braised greens were unseasoned and flavorless. Corn muffin was tasty but burnt on the bottom. The buttermilk ice cream was a flavor misstep & the pecan pie was just okay. I expected better but overall a decent experience. The gumbo & jambalaya were tasty.

The french quarter salad is a standard house salad. Not much to write home about but it wasn't bad. It was really only ordered because there weren't too many vegetarian options, which is unfortunate. They used to have more vegetarian options here but that seems gone now. The only vegetarian entree options are really just on the lunch menu. The cornbread muffin is definitely more muffin than cornbread. It was like a corn flavored muffin. It didn't taste bad. I liked the taste, actually. It just didn't have the cornbread grit and it was very dry. Though, again, I suspect that's just due to the staff today and not the recipe. I think it may have just been cooled too long. The Hurricane drink is fairly nice. I enjoyed it. It probably would have been better with a Luxardo cherry over a maraschino cherry. But that's just me being nitpicky. The Manhattan is... Well, a Manhattan. Tasted as it should. :)"
