"Will not be returning. I’m not sure if it was an off evening but the crew that was working looked like they did not want to be there. When We came through the door… we were not greeted. I actually felt uncomfortable ordering from this location because everyone’s vibe was just horrible. I ordered the salad bowl and was literally served a tiny portion. There was a woman employee who went to the restroom but the back of her shirt was tied showing half of her back. I can say that the only employee who was actually smiling and made me feel a bit welcomed was the cashier named Joshua."
"Great as usual. Dark meat chicken hybrid, tea and brownie. love the brownies. All locations set up the same, friendly, fast service. Loyalty member pays off using points today."
"We had eaten here several times without a problem but about a month ago my family and I got food poisoning here. The food tasted horrible, like it had been sitting out for hours, and we all felt sick after eating it. By midnight everyone was up puking. Whatever, it happens, we hadn’t had issues before. I call in and talk to the “manager” who tells me to send an email about the situation to get a refund. No apology, no nothing. Over a week goes by and I don’t hear anything back so I call in and talk to who seems to be an actual manager who lets me know whoever I talked to before did not follow procedure and I have to give all the details again. We go back and forth, it’s too busy at the restaurant to help me and I’m still awaiting a refund. I wouldn’t have written any type of review had I gotten the food poisoning and they showed any type of care or concern or at least given me a refund. But here I am. Good luck eating there!"
