"HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! I am definitely going to switch up Drs/Facilities. I have been trying to get through to a human being on their phone lines for months yes literally months to no success. I really feel sorry for the elderly and the disabled who have to deal with this type of treatment. It is a crying shame how they take advantage of the people. I was told that my mother have to come for at least three more visits before she could get an exam for a prescription for glasses. Make it make sense. Makes no sense to me. I think it's all about that Mighty Dollar. Lord please help this nation we need some doctors that really really care about your people in Jesus name amen."

"The customer service at Foothill Eye Institute SUCKS! Pray that you don't have a medical issue because you can't call the office. I've tried calling over the course of 4 days with no luck. They have an automated attendant that answers the phones. After listening to their spiel about advanced technology times, your call will be disconnected. I had to call the Surgery Center to get answers to my questions because I couldn't get thru to the medical office. Even then, I didn't get a call from the medical office. The surgery center called to follow-up to make sure the medical office called and I told them no, so the surgery center gave me the info I needed about my surgery."

"Great doctor, but their front desktop and answering service is horrible you can try calling for two hours straight and no one will pick up the phone calls. However, you can walk in and the front desktop help is just chita chatting away. Just shameful."

"I have been condescended to by multiple doctors at this establishment. The one positive experience I have had was with Dr. Gutmark (eye surgeon), who was amazing. Other experiences have been horrible, as I have been dismissed about most concerns."

"They don't start answering the phone until 9: AM even though they open at 8: AM. If you call between 8 and 9, their phone answering system still tells you that you have called outside their normal business hours. This is very confusing. I wish they'd change the message indicating that they will start taking calls at 9:. But if you read this, you will at least have a clue about it."
