The fact they purposely leave the phone off the hook so no one calls is hella corny I even went there and called while they were all talking about noting and not answer the phone was corny . Remember where your located at and what kind of customers come here … Might need a higher ranking manger come look at this spot .

Came in today 07/05/2021 and had a great experiance. Our salesman was wonderful and very attentive. He was very helpful in locating the shoe I wanted but instead we ordered them from their location instead. I can't remember his name but thank you Footlocker for hiring employees that care. If I do remember, I will re edit this post with his name.

I felt SUPER comfortable and helped by Pablo and Noah. They didn’t make no feel no where near uncomfortable like the other store in JD. They helped my friend find 2 shoes that she wanted. Everyone who was working there in the store made us feel super comfortable and that is something that we really care about because there’s other store that just leave the customers there alone. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
