I’ve been here several times over the last few weeks looking for basic subway tile for my bathroom remodel. They’re out of stock on what should be pretty standard stuff, but what’s worse is their customer service. Takes forever to find someone to help, and when you do, the vibe you get is helping you is the last thing they want to do. It’s like you’re inconveniencing them - not a single smile or positive attitude. I’ve been to many tile stores and their service is by far the worst.

I had a horrible experience of neglect at this store yesterday march 20, 2022. I asked for help to buya set of tiles for bathroom wall and floor but everybody that I talked to declined to even answer any of the questions citing excuse of helping another customer at the moment. After about two hours of roaming around I gave up and left with just a few minimal items I didnt need help from them this is horrible, I felt they were declining to help cause I didnt fit the typical macho look of their contractor people, cause they were helping them by bending over backwards. Thats the only explanation I have. I will never set my foot here again, will try the Temecula store and see how it is over there, its long drive but may be I will get some help there

Great flooring store located in a central SD. Plenty of parking and easy to find the place. Everything is so organized and the staff were exceptional. Sarah was so helpful, she explained what's needed and gave us some odeas. She also helped picked up the heavy tiles, and pushed them to our car after check out. Floor and Decor is very lucky to have her as a very knowledgeable and customer service oriented person. Please provide an her to be a manager.

My wife and I have been purchasing tile through this particular store for well over a year now, for a long running project that we are just about completing. We have had in general a very good experience here: helpful staff, a large sélection of products, and a big clean facility. Today I experienced customer service that went above and beyond any expectation by an associate by the name of Vanessa. I walked in with sample products and unused items we purchased over the past year and missing receipts. I knew this might be a challenge and let her know ahead of time. Vanessa not only worked with me for an extended amount of time to sort out the issue, she patiently listened to me explain the timeline, looked through orders in the system and did everything possible to give us a refund or store credit for unused products. Because if the consistent experiences we have had at this store, and the excellent customer service we have received by Vanessa, we will be making this store our fir...

Really poor customer service came in a spend 4k+ on product which I could have just taken myself at the time . They said they would prepare and I could come back. Came back almost 4 hours later and nothing ready. Dudes just sitting on pallets in the store chatting. A lot of customers waiting at loading bay getting annoyed. No proper management to ensure orders dealt with smoothly. And this was a very quiet day. Advise just grab your product yourself. All the dudes are slow and lazy like most young people these days.
