"I dropped my car off before 9 am, I am just now picking it up at 6 pm. I went in for them to do an alignment and check my tire that I bought from there that keeps giving me issues. Looks like all that was done was just put air in my tire and waste my complete day without a car. Every time I go i hate the experience and never feel at ease. And when I leave they just give me a paper showing how it’s not aligned. 😒"

"Dropped my car off for a tire rotation and a diagnostic at 9am with a preference to pickup in the evening. Called multiple times after 4pm for an update and got hung up on three times. The last time they said they would call me before closing with an update. Called mins before closing without an answer. Went to the shop to find my car locked in without me knowing. Had to wait till next morning to get my car and to find out they didn't find anything wrong with it. Unprofessional, please keep your customers updated."

"I was blown away by the difference in attitude I saw at the FM Converse, TX store. I have been in other Firestones and have been treated rudely simply (for stepping in) being there when short staffed, I had a low/flat tire and was there 3hrs. Ronnie and David don't know what your position s are at your store but THANK YOU, your staff was fast and accurate. Salt to the earth"
