"From the moment I called the office until post procedure follow up I received prompt, professional and courteous assistance. But beyond that I was impressed by the clarity of explanations, the feeling that I was in the hands of a consummate professional and a truly respectful and caring dentist. The office is efficiently run, clean and communication with the administrative staff was flawless. If there was one downside it was the length of time it took to schedule the appointment. I interpreted that as a positive for the practice but not good for me. I have already recommended others to use their services. They have been invaluable to me."

I was also asked what type of music I wanted to hear! Painless treatment and the time flew with all the entertainment. "Dr. Angela Wu was amazing. She had great bedside manners and was super gentle and understanding of my fear of dentists. She answered all of my questions thoroughly before the procedure and then filled me in on next steps at the end. She also asked me what type of music I wanted to listen to during the procedure. I’m also very grateful that through her precision and diligence, she was able to save the tooth, and that she respected my wishes as well and did her best to do so (but explained the risks initially so I was aware of all possible outcomes). Receptionist was very clear and informative, too. Overall, I highly recommend FiDi Endodontics!"

He took his time to explain my procedure in detail and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. The office was pristine with additional amenities to enhance comfort. I hope I don’t develop another cavity which will need a root canal, but if I do, I will surely go back to FiDi!"
