"Very disappointed. I spend over $3, with Ferguson in the course of my home remodel. Due to a mistake by Ferguson, one of the parts was incorrect for the configuration of a shower install. I didn't find out it was the wrong part until we got to the end of the install and my marble tile had been completed. At this point, I needed a tub spout with a diverter instead of a non-diverter tub spout. Ferguson would not switch out the parts because it was after their day return policy."

"Great staff. Was frustrated after visiting another similar business to try and seek information/ make a purchase for two upgraded Toto Toilets and Washlets. Worked with Chris Jr, even though I arrived nearly at closing time and didn't understand that appointments were recommended. Chris behaved as though he had all the time in the day to help me make an informed choice. He patiently talked me through the options in order to make a great choice. Let's face it, we hope we are not replacing toilets every other month so this is a decision you want to get right and be done with it. Thanks to Chris and Ferguson, I'm all set."
