"If I could give them zero stars I would. I have had several incidents with them. Today the person came to the door rang the bell then went straight back to the vehicle. I didnt even get 2 minutes to open the door before receiving a text that no one was home. When I called they kept me on the phone for min and then said the driver was no longer in the area and I would have to wait two more days before I could get my package. It was already delayed. I paid $ to have it delivered. The previous order was lost when it was an oxygen machine and should have been delivered the next day. When they found it they said they could not deliver it because the order had already been put in as a lost package. I hope Amazon takes ALL of their business. They are the worse delivery service for certain. Oh yeah and to top it off the representative told me due to the amount of packages they could not redeliver. Since when is it the customer's fault that you over booked your trucks? I will not continue to shop with any company who can only ship Fedx!"

"Overnight package to be delivered on Wednesday. FEDEX changed to Thursday, Friday, then Saturday. Finally I called (Sat) and they told me Monday, or I could go to the facility to get it. I went to the facility Saturday, and they said they couldn’t get it for me because it was still sitting in the bin in the back, and no one’s organized the bin yet. So an overnight package that has been sitting for days undelivered I couldn’t have until Monday (6 days later). This has happened for many overnight packages through FEDEX. Do not ship overnight or expect to have an overnight package delivered on time."

"This is the worst Fedex location I’ve ever been to. The two individuals working the counter on /4/ admitted my package was in the building for pickup but would not retrieve it out of the container in the back for me. A customer in front of me was having the same issue, even though Fedex customer service was telling us packages could be picked up. The Fedex employees were getting rude with both of us so I just left."
