"The parking lot area is really busy in this place. But that's ok because everywhere you go in a business area will always be a busy place! Steven was very patient with me and very helpful! All and all I love this FedEx store! Thank you for all the workers inside this store!"
"Tran printed out my poster on the spot when he could have just told me he wasn’t able to at the moment, really appreciated that. Wanted to tip him but he didn’t want it. Still wish him the best though"
"Horrible service, My husband and I came into this store to send a package to Panama. We walked in and I stepped away from him to look at their books while he took care of the package. The employee behind the counter (Makiya) not sure how you spell it, very dismissively greeted him not with hello how may I help you or even an I’ll be right with you sir, no her greeting was DO YOU SPEAK ENGLISH? She wanted to rush him off to the next person before he even said a word and in doing so she made a racial assumption of him. I don’t think asking if you speak English or not is a biased statement but I can guarantee she doesn’t greet every single person that walks through the door this way! My husband who speaks and understands perfectly well the language responded with yes, why not? That’s when I jumped in I’m guessing she was not aware we were together, her demeanor changed full ! People like her need a refresher on customer service and / or customer experience. Stop being lazy"
"I was googling the closest fedex store to get to ship off my wifi at&t modem and this place came up in my search but the rating/review of looking at it was terrible experience but didn't know why but now I do. first off I came in at around 4pm earlier and arrived there. I waited in the second line to be assisted by one of the workers. then all of a sudden the lady working there told this other lady to come there which that's the line that we were in waiting in so pretty much the lady working there told the other lady to skip us professionally because we're in that line already but she was in the first line. so I was waiting for a good amount of time and got really fustrated at that point. so then my mother suggested we go to the first line since the other woman was being assisted. so then after waiting for a while the woman in the first desk asks me if I'm shipping something off I said yes then she tells me to go to the second line which I was waiting to be assisted before being skipped. that was extremely rude and not acceptable. that woman in the second line desk had no right to do that. 2 stars for me definitely"
