"I called this place yesterday over a landlord trying to make me pay for a busted heater. Which we have been to civil court and the case was dismissed. So he thought he could try again. CAN YOU SAY ILLEGAL!!! TALKED TO JESSICA WHO WAS OFF THE HOOK. SHE SAYS YOU CAN'T HAVE AN AC UNIT AND HEATER COMBINED! SHE MUST HAVE NEVER STAYED AT A HOTEL. ON TOP OF THAT I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN MYSELF WHILE SHE WAS SCREAMING THROUGH THE PHONE! I ASKED FOR HER SUPERVISOR WHO KNEW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE A CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO SCREAM AT ME. ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE TRYING TO HELP A THIEF!! I WILL BE SENDING YOU THE HEATER FOR $. OH YEAH, LANDLORD CHANGES HIS PRICES ALL THE TIME. THIS PLACE HAS $. COURT PAPERS $ & $. I FOUGHT 2 YEARS IN COURT AGAINST THIS CROOK AND NOW HE IS HARASSING ME!! ILLEGAL!!!"
"Extremely unprofessional, I owe $ (which I still have not paid) to my old apartment building for some painting and trash fees. Seeing as I used to work with the apartment complex and still had the contact info for who I needed to talk to I asked if they had an itemized receipt for what I was being charged. That way I could reference it when contacting my former boss. The agent "Jessie" said she didn't have it but would be more than happy to ask for it. Then very clearly stated on a recorded line that it would not be necessary I would give them a call. One week later I received a letter in the mail explaining that they had contacted their client on my behalf and have the complete move out report as if to pressure me into paying. When I then received a call from Jessie asking if I had received the letter in the mail, I replied that I had then asked her if I requested that she do that she explained that she contacted their client to request the info. While I understand that this company is also their client the letter itself stated that they contacted them at my request. The apartment company would not have provided that information without communication that I was disputing the charge. Not only did they Impersonate me and make false accusations but while trying to explain that I was being constantly interrupted. I will admit I lost my temper and raised my voice while telling jessie that if she was going to call me and speak for me she needed to listen to what I was saying. the response was that she did not need to listen to anything I said. she did say to have a good day before hanging up in my ear. I followed up with Vicki who said a manager will be reviewing it and will contact me. I have never been more grateful for recording phone calls."
"This is a false company that report bad information Ashley kanniard is not helpful sends me to voicemail dnt answer my questions I jus want to get problems resolve I got denied for an apartment because there reporting record I dnt have I’m reporting this company to the bbb"
"Explained that Cindy at arbors of gahanna rented us a bad unit and even told her that they changed the original sheet we filled out, even stating I would pay half but I was not paying a full amount seeing as arbors took my deposit anyways charged Me late fees when we were already moved out of the unit and changed our paper work. Promptly and confidently didn't call us back for a negotiation..."
"Rude and shady business practices. They let any apartment complex report whatever they want, and they stand behind the apartment, never the tenants. They will treat you so disrespectfully when you call, it will make the process of dealing with them twice as difficult."
