"Went in on a Saturday afternoon and was told we couldn't be seen due to scheduled appointments. An urgent care center that cannot service you. Made an appointment for Sunday morning. Upon arrival there's a note on the door closed due to staff emergency. Even though they had my contact information, they didn't call to reschedule or cancel my appointment. I will never go there again..."

"I went there after experiencing covid. The doctor that was there was very caring and compassionate. She helped me understand a lot of things and helped me get through it. All the staff members are caring and passionate there!"

"Horrible Experience!! Scheduled a DOT physical for 9:am Saturday morning. Upon arrival, the door was locked and a lady came to the door and said no doctor showed up and I would receive a call back to reschedule. I did not receive a call back and attempted to call, but no answer. Today, Sunday morning I did a walk in at 8:am and I’m told they cannot do a DOT physical because they don’t have a certified doctor on site! I have made two trips here and I’ve been inconvenienced both times! Now I have to go find someplace else to go get one that is not convenient to where I live for work! Do not go here!! HORRIBLE service!!"

"I have been here in the past. So that's why trusted to go there again for a drug screen. Well this time I have had to do 3 drug screening now because they can't fill the paper work out right. My 3rd time im going somewhere else."

"I guess I will leave a review while I wait. If you decide to come here be sure you don’t have anything else to do for a couple of hours. I walked in right at opening at 8am. There were only 3 people in front of me an I did not get seen for an hour. The front desk staff said that they were hrs behind. I’m not sure how that happens as soon as you open with 6 people waiting in the lobby. I am here for a drug test for employment and tried my best to wait to go to the restroom but couldn’t hold it and seeing as the front office desk could not give me an update on the wait time I went. They called me back shortly after and of course I had to wait until I needed to go to the restroom again. I’ve never experienced anything like this just to pee in a cup. The two stars are for the fact that the customer service was OKAY, mediocre at best."
