"I came last week for a facial and despite the 3 stars I gave the lady who did the facial was great. As I mentioned when I checked out and the lady told me if everything went well, I shared that having music loud and not relaxing do not help giving a “spa experience”. I totally understand the concept but I feel that the playlist could be more mellow. Also, one of the esthetician and her client were talking super loud! This is not acceptable even if the goal is to have quick facials. I do not regret the experience but will not come back."
