"Rosana was a great server !! She attended us to every need and made sure we were attended in every need . The best part was making eye contact. Every time I come she’s out sever and luckily she makes sure we are at full quality service . Music is amazing (if you like Hispanic ) , food was top notch, beautifully decorated atmosphere. Always recommend to my friends and will definitely come back ."
"Definitely one of the best bars in Houston adding that the hookah is available in the patio. Its a fairly quick process to get inside unless you plan on being there in the later hours on a Friday night to enjoy the Latin music but the wait is definitely worth it. I did in fact try the food, Colombian empanadas are top notch if you ask me and highly recommended, The staff was very friendly and attentive particularly Rosana she really wants you to feel comfortable and for the customer to enjoy the experience, She even gives you a detailed explanation about every cocktail you order and how it is made. It truly sparks the creative mind and palate. The ambiance is exceptional, Overall we had an amazing experience. This bar really deserves to be in the list of the best bars in Houston Try it! It's unlike any other bar you've ever tried in Downtown Houston"

"BEST LATIN CLUB! We had a rough start to our trip to Houston, but nights at the Fabian were amazing beyond words! The bouncers are tough but very friendly and will look out for you(I’m talking about you Felix:) they had brought out snakes and dancers and made all the night more exciting, unexpected, and thrilling…they know what they’re doing!! If you’re looking for a night full of fun, AMAZING music selections, fans to keep you cool throughout the night, with attentive bartenders and staff, not to mention the occasional confetti bomb, this is the place to go!
