The space was comfortable and inviting and the service was great. The food was delicious! Every dish was full of flavor and different than anything I had tried before. So good! 10/10

Definitely recommend making a reservation. We made a reservation for 6 pm just as they opened and it got quite popular and busy over an hour and a half. First, I highly recommend their komaj and barbari bread with their Fava Bean Borani, strained yogurt, mint dip. Their dip tasted light and refreshing with the bread. Moving on to the small plates- highly recommend the lamb ribs (easily slid off the bone), Kashke Bademjan eggplant, octopus kabob (not pictured), tiger shrimp, mushroom kabob, and potato tahdig. We liked the potato tahdig so much we ordered a second one! To top off we ordered the duck breast and it was cooked to perfection! To finish we had their ice cream sandwich and pudding. Both were a great finisher!! Also if you like a refreshing drink the cucumber mint nonalcoholic would be the way to go.

Just a Korean girl obsessed with Persian food. The must try items - duck fesenjan: cooked perfectly and the sauce is incredible. Wouldn’t have minded more radicchio and grapes ! - gheymeh bademjan: delicious and the eggplant is cooked whole! Personally id want the fries in the side but either way, amazing! - Barbari bread is warm crisp and delicious. With the sesame seeds it reminded me of a bagel - Mast-o Musir: persian shallot yogurt sooo good with the barbari bread The potato tahdig was almost like too cooked or dry so it was not as enjoyable to chew through those hard pieces of rice and potato. I’d try something else instead of this

Overall , food is good! It would have been perfect if they used better quality of meat or seafood even though it required to raise price . Rib eye & lamb rips had too much fat. Kindly , a server changed into other dish since we complained about alot of fat on lamb rip. So i would say service was good! The way of cooking & sauce are amazing . Each dish was well harmonized . I love cucumber & eggplant. I could eat them everyday without tiring of it. Dessert ( the date tart & yogurt custard ) were excellent. Potato tahdig was good, but it was little hard to chew. It was the way more than crispy..however the way they created to cook potato & plum sauce is amazing . Octopus has good flavor ..just it was too chewy.. In my conclusion, sauce & setting up each dish & created cooking recipes were amazing . It’s a shame that quality of meat or seafood ingredients can’t keep up those good thing .

Forgive my cheap android camera quality, this was a 10/10 experience at Eyval for dinner. It hits that perfect balance of fine dining-quality service and food without being stuffy or fussy. Truly delicious and authentic Persian dishes from an experienced kitchen, attentive service, and a great wine selection to boot. The steak had a killer sear, juicy interior and three tasty sauces. Persian cucumbers were crunchy and perfectly dressed in a sweet and spicy sauce. This place is a winner.
