The staff here are fantastic. When moving in, the gentleman at the desk stayed late to help me access my unit as it was still locked. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. It's easy to get in and out of the facility. The place must be regularly monitored as I got a text not long after moving out asking if I moved out and if not to call them. While I had never worried about the security while I was a customer, that text message made me feel confident if I decide to store with this company again in the future. The only downside is that I wish customers had 24hr access, especially since a code is required to enter it just makes sense to me.

I have been coming here for years to get packing supplies for my business. I must say given the fact that I am almost always greeted by a different face, the professionalism and superior customer service at this location has always remained the same. Thanks Donald for making this another pleasant experience.

I can’t say enough about how amazing the staff is. I’m eternally grateful to Tiffany and Renae for all of their assistance. They both went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and were beyond helpful. I would HIGHLY recommend ESS for your storage needs.

Went to this location a couple days ago & knew exactly what I needed. Well at least that’s what I thought. Even tho I thought I knew what size unit I wanted, two employees by the name of Antione & Donald asked me about what items I was planning to store, how much & how big the items were. Good thing they did because I would’ve rented a unit too small. Thanks to those employees & I recommend going here for your storage 👍🏾 ⭐️

So far, so good. We just rented a space and will move in today. Donald was great in helping us pick out a unit and showing us the ones that are available. He is friendly, courteous and helped us find the best deal for our needs.
