"We stayed from Monday to Friday.. We requested more towels and were told to bring the wet ones to the desk and pick up fresh ones. We had to go to the front desk to get more toilet paper. No soap, shampoo or anything like that was provided. When I called to say our garbage was full I was told to take it down the hall. The room had no dishes yet a full litchen. The grab and go breakfast consisted of blueberry muffins, granola bars, instant oatmeal,, but no bowls or spoons to eat it from, hot chocolate but no cups to drink it from. Was told the pool wasn't opened and the gate was locked. After 2 days someone had asked and it was opened for them. We only wanted to sit in the sun. Our room had a nasty smell, like a wet dog. I asked for lysol spray and was given Fabreze which helped a little. The people above us were very noisy between pm and 1 am. I would not recommend staying here! I think I should have gotten a discount so I had to do their work. Very disappointed.."

"Highly recommended. I stayed at the ESA Colonnade for almost a whole month and was completely satisfied throughout. The unit was complete with everything needed for a long-term stay to include dishes, oven, microwave, etc, and also a gym and laundry room. The vending machines also came in handy for a quick coke or snack. The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating, each one. The front desk was exceptionally nice even after a locked myself out of the room for the 3d time. Morning coffee and continental breakfast were always on time for my early morning trips. All requests for change, extra linen, and everything else were immediate. I was promptly contacted after I checked out to advise me that I had left items in the room. Over a month later I called by to get another copy of my bill, same efficient and expert service. May I also add that ESA partners with the Cancer Association to offer low rates for cancer patients. The location was close to everything needed, including Walmart and several restaurants. I would definitely stay here again."

"I would never recommend staying at this hotel the customer service is very poor the manager mat is very rude and disrespectful I had to file a formal complaint with corporate due to his nasty attitude and threats. I will definitely spend my money where better customer service is provided next time."

"This was not an idea hotel for a family because they have roaches the air doesn't work the pool is extremely tiny and never open and there's a kitchen with not one dish. There was also no hygiene at all in the bathroom except for a small piece of soap. Will not be back"

"Miss penny and her crew will make sure you have a great stay. The hotel is in a great location. Customer service is top notch. Miss penny and staff make you feel like family and the hotel is pet friendly. They have staff throughout the night. As we leave for work in the morning Brian will greet you with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you for making our stay a great experience."
