"I was not happy at all . The pictures are very different than in person. It smelled super bad there were baby Rochas on counter. We payed two nights could not get money back we will never come back here!!!!!!!"

"Pictures from the hotel site were not anything like the room we got, the room had a very bad smell, I had to run and get deodorizer from an HEB couple of miles away. I'm not asking for money back but I did learn a valuable lesson, read reviews before booking. Hotel needs to update Pictures!!! Looks like I'm not the first to complain about odor."

"We just checked in and we’re charged a pet fee of nearly % of the booking rate. I go to the room and find that door trim has already been severely chewed and scratched off by a previous guest’s pet. The paint on several walls is damaged and poorly maintained. The poor quality tweed carpet is also damaged in several areas. There is a large gap at the lower door sill so all the parking lot noise and voices is heard. Ironically, there is a sign on the bathroom mirror that says each room is inspected by management. The types of places I usually stay at charge a moderate pet fee, not % of the rate. Also, charging a pet fee suggests you care about your property, maintain it, and fix whatever damages occur. Clearly not the case here. Would not be interested in a canned reply by management because I haven’t been here even 2 hours and certainly won’t stay again."

"staff was very friendly & accommodating during my stay. Rooms were clean & housekeeping was very attentive. Kitchenettes were useful & was able to get coffee machine & other stuff from the office. Would recommend & would stay again!"
