Here are some reviews from our users.
"I booked one night with this hotel and they charged me dollars deposit and charged dollars for parking. The room was filthy and smelled ,the bathroom was dirty ,everything was dirty. I asked for a room without the smell of smoke in it but I got a room with a even worst smell. There was almost no good customer service. I will never go back to this hotel again or refer it to anyone."
"I would not recommend this place to anyone. The room was large, but ours was incredibly dirty. Our kids took their socks off and the bottom of their feet immediately became black due to how dirty the floors were. Also, it is obvious that families live there long term. We could hear kids screaming, crying and running up and down the halls until 2am on a Sunday night. For anyone looking to book a hotel before an early flight, you are better off getting a hotel in downtown Philly and driving into the airport or taking the train into the airport."
"Do yourself a favor and skip this "hotel" altogether. From the dirty outdated lobby and rooms, paper thin walls (could hear every unpleasant detail from both rooms on either side, loud obnoxious tenants (unfortunately it's more of a ghetto apartment complex), dead bugs in window sills, dusty rooms (nightmare for allergy sufferers like my spouse), overfilled garbage bins in stairwells, did I mention the terrible smells coming from the rooms that was a combination of weed, cigarette smoking, and stink food? The only positive was the staff tried 3 times to move us to "better" room options. Unfortunately every room is the same sad story. Overall this place deserves a -0 for quality. Big thumbs down👎🏼"
"Roaches, flies, my tub was visibly dirty with a ring, my toilet was visibly dirty, I wrote my name in the dirt on the night stand. My bathroom was so filthy, the front desk receptionist came and cleaned my bathroom herself personally when I arrived at two am. It was mortifying. I didn’t even stay the full two days. I was out of there as soon as Day broke. Beware! Horrible. Disgusting. I didn’t even want to take my sneakers off and put my feet on the carpet."
"All I can say is this place is scary. From the absent staff at the front desk, the dark pungent smelling hallways and lobby to the dull lit rooms, I really regretted staying here with my family. I was here for work and my family decided to come because they were on break. When we first checked in there was no one at the desk so we had to wait then, about 5 minutes later a employee named Chris came. He just stood there and stared at me, no greeting just stared which made me feel awkward. So then I said hello I'm checking in and he just continued to look at me then said oh ok. There was no linens for the pull out sofa, so I had to interact with him again to get linens and more towels which he didn't seem happy with. After staying here for 2 hrs I realized that there are people actually living in this hotel like it's an apartment building which explains why our room was in the condition it was in. The bathroom sink had marker writing on it that the hotel tried to clean, the kitchen floor was very damaged, the computer chair had a unidentified stain on it so we had to put a hand towel on it, dresser had a missing drawer and the mattresses had plastic on them which can mean one thing...bed bug issue. Please don't stay here it's not worth it even if the price seems like a good deal. I wish I knew what this place was like before I brought my family here. I will never stay here again."
