"I was a little late so they had to remove a service from my waxing appointment, after which they gave me someone who was literally sighing through my whole experience and did not even remove all the hair from my butt. I went on to be honest with the receptionist about my experience and she did not even apologize for it or compensate me for it. It’s very disappointing considering I have heard great things."

She did a great job and she’s so nice and informative. She will definitely be my go to lady. As far as the center it was convenient in my travels and the center was clean. I have no complaints about the receptionist(s), super nice and helpful young ladies."
