"I was pretty excited to check this place out, but I’d rather buy through a website or Amazon. Off street parking only, but there is a parking lot at Pathmark . When you enter or exit the warehouse, you have to wait to be buzzed in/out. Employees don’t have a mask on, but the sign is still up for customers . There is a wide variety of tools and shop equipment. Prices are expensive compared to Amazon, but still less than tool truck brands. Customer service could be better, lol. They are not welcoming, so… overall great first impression. I’d recommend this place… only if you work across the street and need a tool ASAP. Otherwise, I would not waste my time here, unless you have nothing better to do."

"These people are very horrible when it comes to exchanges they make you wait mounts for warranty exchanges and don't care about their customers. They tell you one thing and then don't keep their word about it. Don't go to Eppys tool unless you are absolutely desperate for something and can't find it anywhere else. It's not worth your time or your money."
