"The food that was prepared by Harvey and Wanda was delicious!! Great Service and it was always a pleasure to see their friendly faces every morning. Great and positive attitudes. Let me tell you about those grits. I haven't had grits that tasted so delicious in a long time I put them up there with my grandma's grits. I devoured those grits so I didn't take a picture but my niece captured the tasty omelettes and avocado toast. Both Ann and Kristen were awesome too. The front desk hostesses were very accommodating as well. The only reason for the 4 stars as opposed to the 5 star rating was the daily cost of $ for parking. I believe it's a bit excessive. The valet gentlemen were great but the cost needs to be reduced or provide a reduction in cost based upon your Hilton Honors status. omelettes and avocado toast."

"A great hotel experience. The room was super clean, comfortable & fresh. The bar & restaurant is inviting, spacious & well-appointed. The staff was amiable, highly professional & efficient. The location is within walking distance of almost all the downtown attractions. The amenities advertised included parking, yet failed to disclose the fee of $ per night. Considering everything, I have overlooked that part."

"The two girls at check in were so sweet to me and gave great recommendations for the area. Their manager was lovely also and gave me an upgrade on my room. All around great experience. Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice amenities. I will definitely stay again"

"We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the Spectrum Center (Billie Eilish concert). Pros: Downtown Charlotte location, adjoining rooms, security and privacy. Both rooms very clean and incredibly comfortably/cozy. Cons: Parking $ for valet only. I'm a Hilton Honors member and did not see anything of this charge within the Hilton app itself. Only when we checked in were we told of this charge which we were forced to pay. (They did provide other parking alternatives, which did not seem realistic.) "Hot" water in the shower was only warm. Door between rooms had weather stripping coming down halfway. Sticks of soap were provided for the sinks, but nothing for the showers. The soap was quite small and would easily break when used. Pool was cloudy and our son only stayed in it a few minutes due to the "debris" he found floating on top and at the bottom of the pool."

"Visited here on dates 2/ / through 2// with my husband, I can say our stay in our room was great! The room was clean/spacious, employees at the front desk were friendly and professional! I gave three stars because their valet service displayed some suspicious behavior. We had left takeout food in our backseat floor behind the driver seat accidently with intention to come back for it but when we did our food was magically gone. Regardless if it was food or some other material item(s), it's the principle and our belongings were touched which they shouldn't of been. We also noticed our center console was rummaged through. Fortunately, we knew better than to leave sensitive information/valuables in the car period. Just beware!"
