"My stay started a little rough. Although the front desk had great customer service the room they gave us wasn’t cleaned yet. I asked for extra blankets twice and never got them, but Kenneth at the front desk was a problem solver. We loved him. He was awesome!"

"The room wasn’t cleaned good.. there was used tissue on the top of the headboard and the pull out sofa had food inside it… i asked for towels and cloths Saturday afternoon and kept calling to see when they would bring them and it was almost checkout time before we actually got them because we ran into housekeeping and a got them! And the cable sucks. I will say the room was spacious and the complementary breakfast was good but I don’t think I will stay again.."

"The morning airport shuttle is highly unreliable. I was told by the staff that first shuttle was at . By no shuttle driver had arrived and I had to order my own ride. The front desk staff who were going through shift change were less than helpful in locating the driver or giving an ETA. Don’t stay here if you’re flying out in the morning or be prepared to take care of your own ride. I won’t be back as a loyal Gold member they can do better."

"Very disappointed. We always stay at Embassy Suites but thus Charlotte location was disappointing. There was hair on the bathroom toilet, I reported this to the front desk 3 times but (Ray) never made to my room to clean the bathroom. After waiting over 2 hours I cleaned it myself. Other than that (which is a huge issue) everything else was very nice. The cook for breakfast was great. The bar, front desk & everyone was pleasant. The hotel needs an upgrade."

"First time staying at this hotel. Beyond expectations! Excellent hospitality and customer service. Front Desk Staff went out of their way to make sure my meeting room was ready and assisted me with computer printer issue. Great value and comfort and service!"
