"I was very impressed with our stay. Breakfast was amazing... staff was overall amazing. Beds was comfy!!! Some of the best sleep I've had in a long long time. Breakfast staff was amazing friendly. The only issue we had with our stay was on our 1st night around am someone decided to turn it up and nothing was done. The pool bathroom needs some TLC. It's rusted more than tow-mator."

"Great place to stay we stayed for 3 nights and almost had no complaints only complaints are. So in the pool area they have a bathroom and it was very rusty ,and on the first night at like 2 or 3 ish a.m there was very loud music and we called down to the front desk they said they would handle it but it continued for a couple hours. But those are the only complaints overall a good place to stay"

"I was at the hotel on a business trip. In total, the stay lasted 3 weeks. There is a large parking lot in front of the hotel, but it tends to be very full anyway. There are several other hotels in the area that use this parking lot. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom spacious - with shower, no bath. Breakfast is included in the price of your stay and offers a good selection of different types of food including fruit and dairy products. The hotel rooms are not cleaned regularly, but only on request. The lobby of the hotel is large, including the bar, but it only works in the evening. WiFi in the hotel stable and fast. I believe that the hotel corresponds to the declared 3* standard. The rooms have very noisy air conditioning and due to the proximity to the airport, the noise of taking off planes is practically constantly audible. The hotel is quite far from the city center, which has the advantage of quiet and clean surroundings, but to get a taxi on the street is practically impossible, and Uber takes minutes from ordering to arrival at the hotel."

"We stayed this past weekend for a couple's getaway and I must say that I probably would have given more stars if the customer service wasn't so awful. Upon check-in, I used the digital key to check in which is very convenient but wanted to stop by the front desk to pick-up breakfast vouchers. There was one customer that walked in before us so she was being helped by one of the ladies at the front desk. There was another receptionist there but when I tell you she never looked up, never gave eye contact, never acknowledged us, didn't say anything. Just stared at her computer acting like she was typing things in. Literally more people walked in behind us and we were standing there waiting. I don't know if she was entering in data or whatever but that could have been put to the side to help your team member out with checking in people. After being ignored for like minutes, we just went straight to the room since I had the digital key. Upon entering, the room was okay and appeared cleaned. Marker scratches or writing that looked like a child got a hold to some ink and wrote on it were on the AC door that made the room unattractive. It was very quiet though and the bed was very comfortable. We did leave the hotel after putting our bags up to get something to eat, once again was not acknowledged by the front desk. When we came back there was a gentleman at the front desk who spoke to us immediately as we entered the hotel. He was very friendly and gave us our breakfast vouchers that we couldn't receive from the front desk due to a very "busy" receptionist. Breakfast staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Plentiful options. Other than that it was an okay stay. Water pressure it hot and strong. The lobby smelled wonderful. I don't think any other staff said anything to us the entire stay. Also when I read the COVID precaution paper or whatever it is, it mention that I could request for my room to be service by housekeeping if requested by 9 am. When I called before 9 am to get my room service, I was told by the front desk (a woman) that I had to tell them within hours for the room to be serviced. How could I when we were ignore and the paper said differently. She then proceeded to say that she would see if housekeeping could put it on the schedule but if we needed any towels we could request them when we return from our little adventure. The room wasn't service and we had extra towels in the room so there was no need to contact them. I just thought that was weird that we were told something completely different then what the paper said. Anyways, if it wasn't for the gentleman at the front desk or the breakfast staff I probably would have gave it a one star. Definitely didn't feel like a HH member. I've stayed at the other hotels surrounding Embassy and got way better service there.. Probably will pick another hotel to stay at in the future."

"Wow, this place definitely exceeded my expectations. The rooms are nice, and well equipped. There was a TV in the living room as well as the bedroom. There are several restaurants within walking distance, and the breakfast buffet that was included was quite good. I'm rarely impressed by hotel breakfast. Very good value for the money."
