Horrible Service. We had a maint contract with them to service our two forklifts. Out big red Taylor forklift has some transmission issues. They came and picked it up.. kept this thing for 6 weeks!! We had to rent a forklift, from them of course. The cost for them to remove the motor and replace the fiber gear was around 12k.. we finally got it back and 1 month later it wont start, call them to come out, they sprayed it with starting fluid and got it started but the next day, we figured out it was the fuel pump. They wanted 800 bucks to change. We purchased a new fuel pump for 75 dollars and did it ourselves. 6 months later we are changing the fiber ring again due to a bad bushing that was not replaced by them. We pulled motor, replaced new gear with new bushing in two days.. Not one quote was correct, they always invoiced us more that what was quoted. Never again.

The worst company for servicing lifts. I would steer clear of using their service. Hand tightened bolts left our machine leaking fluids a week after they dropped it off. Charged us $400 to say they stopped a leak and provided a quote to repair. After our own inspection, they had no idea where the leak was coming from. We found the loose/stripped bolts. Bad bearings and oil seal where the leak was actually coming from. *****Avoid this place at all cost.

Purchased new forklift , I had great experience with Jim. I searched for couple weeks for new machine, talked with all major brands and dealers in s CA, eventually went with Jim. they did not have the model I was looking for but ,Jim ETA'd me for 3-4 weeks, made few phone calls and I got it after just less than a week. he always answered /retuned calls was on top of everything. Jim was capable, problem solver and trusted. felt like dealing with a 'mensch'

Extremely reckless company drivers. Severe tailgating. Attempting to push people out of their lanes in construction zones. Screw these guys.
