"My experience with Elite Intern Housing was so great, I stayed 2 seperate semesters! The owners always went above and beyond to make their residence my temporary home and were very accessible in the event I needed anything or had any issues. The location couldn't have been better and I always felt safe within the property. Highly recommend Elite Intern Housing!!"

"My entire experience with Elite Intern Housing, from booking to check out day, was absolutely outstanding! I found Elite after contacting a few of the other larger and "well-known" intern housing companies in DC, to no response. However, when I contacted Elite, I heard back right away. Their staff was always friendly, professional, and responsive. The property I stayed in was perfect for my needs; Elite had thought of everything an intern would need. From kitchen utensils to laundry detergent and linens, they had it all... The house truly matched the pictures on the website. The house was within walking distance to my internship site and all of the major attractions. And it was very close grocery stores. Nothing was a surprise; everything Elite advertised was exactly what I found upon arrival. On the rare occasion something around the house needed repaired, Elite always sent someone out right away. I have to mention that I rented from Elite this summer during the COVID- Pandemic. Elite worked diligently to ensure myself and my housemates felt safe and comfortable. Elite provides monthly cleaning to bathrooms and common areas of their properties. The staff periodically checked in, and updated us if another intern would be arriving. Elite definitely takes pride in the service they provide; I highly recommend Elite Intern Housing to any intern! Elite Intern Housing is by far the best! Worth every penny!"

"I have had a wonderful experience living at one of the Elite Intern Housing's properties. I stayed at the Barrister that is very close to the House office buildings for those interning on the Hill. The property was amazing. The rooms were nice, clean, and well furnished. The kitchen had everything you needed. I had no issues with the property! The other people I lived with were great students also, I had no major problems with anyone. The staff at Elite Intern Housing are also amazing. They were always very prompt in replying to my questions and good at communicating anything that was going on. They have been incredible to work with. I have decided to extend my stay at another property and the staff has been incredible working with me to make that happen and I appreciate all of their help. This was my second time interning in DC. The first time I stayed with another intern housing company, Elite Intern Housing is by far the better choice. Their property locations are perfect no matter where you are interning, the properties are amazing places to stay being well furnished and taken care of, and the staff is a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend choosing Elite Intern Housing!"

"From my personal experience, I would describe Elite Intern Housing as a great company with personable staff. Their communication with me was always very prompt, and they honestly answered any question that I threw at them. They worked with me to find the most conveniently located property in regards to my internship, offered multiple payment options, and were very cooperative when it turned out that I had to cancel my stay. I would most definitely recommend this company to any undergraduate or graduate students interning in Washington D.C. for an extended period of time."

"Adjusting to life in a new city can be a difficult task for anyone, especially for college students who are taking on internships. Throughout my time renting from Elite Intern Housing, I can confirm that living accommodations were not part of those challenges! The property is well kept, clean, and above all, functional. Elite Intern Housing is extremely accessible to its renters and has truly made its customers a priority. The property is in a terrific location; just a few blocks from the Capitol South Metro Station, which makes accessing and interacting with the city exceptionally easy. For interns in the House and Senate, the walk to the office buildings is fantastically convenient. Overall my experience renting from Elite Intern Housing has been wonderful. I recommend any college student pursuing an internship in DC to consider their properties as an option."
