"My mother and I dined here on -. We ordered drinks, an appetizer, and entrees. The service was excellent and the food was pretty tasty. The cubicle where we were seated was clean and warm. All in all a nice dining experience. Why no five star rating? The check is VERY deceiving if you do not pay careful attention to the itemization! They appear to make two attempts to collect a gratuity! A % was first added to our total. Since I felt the service was excellent, I had no reason to confront management about not posting that they AUTOMATICALLY add the gratuity. But at the bottom of the check, another suggested gratuity has been added. To those who look at the bottom of a check to have the gratuity percentage pre-calculated for them, they may tip AGAIN! I believe service workers in restaurants are definitely underpaid! I don’t mind tipping at a high percentage providing that I am satisfied with the service! But I will make that decision NOT management! I recommend this restaurant...BUT WATCH YOUR CHECK!"

"Where do I start... this restaurant is excellent. The menu has so many selections of entries. The waiter and manager checked on you frequently. The service was superb. My friend and I sat outside but what made this different, you have your own cubicle to enjoy your food and privacy. That was our first time seeing that. I just loved the idea. The food was delicious. Must try their green rice, yummy. The shrimps and salmon were made to perfection. I would definitely return to this establishment. You won't be disappointed."

"We have eaten at El Encanto many times because it is so close to our home. And whether we ate there or had take-out, we were never disappointed. The food is consistently good quality and very tasty. The manager is awesome. He knows his customers, nothing escapes his attention, and he makes sure everything keeps running smoothly. Also, he keeps hiring the right people. Staff and Service is efficient and friendly."

"The Chicken Wings were tasty, but their hard shell Tacos (Shrimp) were extremely dry. The drink was okay."

"Love this place. Oh and the drinks are fire. Like they do not spare the the spirits. Their pork chops if you are into pork is phenomenal. They have a couple of dishes that are really good. Don't get the fondue though it's great when it first comes out but let it sit and forgetabboutit. Over all it is a great spot with great vibes and great customer service. And again drinks are on point I'm not a big drinker so 1 had me feeling but two had me needing a walk before I could drive home. Oh and the have happy hour $ Texas size drinks (if you know BBQ you'll know what I mean 🤭). Anyway go you will not regret it."
