Currently on the phone with some ignorant receptionist! I have an appointment this afternoon. It's a video appointment, they only have my landline #, I asked for a link to be sent to my email. The ignorant receptionist told me they can't do that, it has to be a number. I told her that isn't true, I've had multiple zoom meetings this year and they've all been sent to my email. On top of the front office staff always being riude, they are: ignorant and lazy while lacking knowledge of a new tool implemented to make all of our lives easier. Dr. Roby is meh, as well, he didn't listen to me and gave me the wrong strength of medicine. Einstein needs to do better!!

I was referred to the Dr. Undavia at Einstein Neurology by one of her local colleagues. However, upon "trying" to make an appt. I was told she would need a referral. I was provided with the fax # and had my specialists fax the request and records. I followed up and received another lovely person that checked the fax to confirm it was not yet received but confirmed the Dr. could do biopsies on her clinic days as I had been told by the previous person. When I followed up again, the receptionist "Sharon" stated the others that told me that do not usually handle the calls, and they were wrong. She had an attitude with me and stated she would check the fax and get back to me. She did not. My Johns Hopkins office had confirmed it was sent earlier and they received confirmation. It was apparent Sharon could not be bothered. I waited a few days to follow up, and again received her attitude and was abruptly put on hold after being told "there is a problem with your records". She practical...

I have never had so much trouble with a doctor's offfice. They can't seem to organize, communicate with each other. I have been trying to get a form filled out correctly for over two months. Its so bad I have pretty much had to do it all myself even after so many calls, emails and dropping the same form off in person with direct instructions with repeated failures to follow through. Even the office manager can't seem to open attachments on emails correctly. On top of being rude. Go anywhere else for neurology. This place is a nightmare.

They never keep the same Dr. or resident. Every appointment I’m seeing someone different. They all have different plans. No one is on the same page. I’m constantly explaining my condition every single visit. They are ordering me double test because no one is verifying that I already had that test. They always tell me they will send a note to my Dr., but no one ever gets back to me. I don’t know who they even send the note to. One Dr. starts me on a medication, the next Dr. changes it. I’m being tossed around.

Dr. Roby is currently my neurologist and I'm definitely in the process of switching drs. He don't seem to have a clue about my migraines and I haven't had any relief from them since having him as my Dr. At 6 months pregnant I'm basically suffering with the migraines and insomnia while I play phone tag with his office for appointments and medication. The pharmacy can't even seem to get in contact with them. The office staff is always rude, needless to say I'm fed up with this Dr.

She practically slammed the phone and put me on hold again vs. explain the "problem" which is ridiculous. I held indefinitely. She should have followed up with me the first time as she initially indicated. Her lack of professionalism and attitude were off-putting. If I were the physician I would not want my patients treated this way. I have a lot of specialists and have never had such a negative experience. I will find another physician as a result of her very unprofessional receptionist. Unfortunately, the two women that were temporarily handling calls were lovely but they are no longer answering. Patients should be treated with Compassion. I will stick with Johns Hopkins and Jefferson where they truly know how to help patients."
