"We celebrated our anniversary here. Everything was awesome from a romantic table setting, to food recommendations for the perfect evening. We had oysters that were fresh and and delightfully tasty. Kung Pao Calamari was the surprising dish that we had to bring home for a once more. Lobster tail and scallops for the main course were tender and perfectly made, specially the pairing with citrus fruit and almonds added the nutty zingy flavor to the dish - a must try. We’ll be back for some good wine and food again to this place!"
"We rarely eat at chains but Eddy V’s is a place we stop in where there is one to be found for dinner, happy hour or live music. This location is special as it is the original location. I rarely eat steak but last night, I splurged with a ribeye that was cooked to perfection. We had wonderful salads and side dishes. Their wine list is extensive. We stopped in a few days earlier for happy hour which included sliders and oysters! We are always treated like VIPs! Thank you all for making our anniversary special!!! Oh, and banana foster was amazing!"
"Went to Eddie V’s to celebrate my birthday. The inside is very elegant and romantic. Service was great to go along with great tasting food. The dessert was phenomenal! If you want to take out a couple for dinner and impress them, Eddie V’s is the place. Since this location is downtown, I suggest you get valet parking"
"James was our server and he was excellent! He was extremely knowledgeable and all of his suggestions were perfect for us. He has great attention to detail and listened attentively to ensure he met all our needs. When the food came it was cooked perfectly. I had scallops that were delicious and not overcooked and rubbery like you find at most seafood restaurants. The ingredients for everything were the highest quality. I highly recommend the beet salad and truffle mac and cheese. The drinks were also amazing. I usually prefer straight bourbon but the smoked old fashion is a must try. It is an expensive dining experience but it is well worth it for a special occasion or if you are in the mood to splurge."
