Here are some reviews from our users.
"We stayed here when we came to frontier city. Room has everything we needed. The employees where accommodating to us. They fixed any issues we had. The kids loved the pool. They came and turn the lights on when it got dark. I will stay here next time we come!"
"Horrible! Never will my family stay there again! We rented 3 rooms because there were 8 of us. There was such a big gap under the door you could see daylight, killed 3 or 4 spiders in our room plus seen a couple roaches. The bed was aful, called the front desk to ask for a extra pillow for my husband and was told no they don't have extra, sketchy people outside walking passed our room all hours of the night. I could go on and on! My advice DONT EVER STAY at this location! They don't even deserve one star!"
"A quick family stay last minute, very friendly, we had a few request and were very willing to accommodate and we were able to relax and enjoy pool time with our grandbaby. Kid friendly environment 😊"
"Truck driver who comes to OKC often with wife and this is by far one of the best intown.. NICE LOCATION CLEAN ROOMS GREAT WIFI QUIET REASONABLE PRICES WILL BE BACK!!!"
"I did not stay here, so I have no review about the quality of the rooms or services. I called to ask about their weekly rates, and before he would answer me, he asked if I had a dog (which I do) and he said that the weekly rates do not apply to dog owners. (even though this is a Dog-Friendly Hotel) I've been traveling the USA with my dog for over 1 full year, and I have never EVER had this question. I said, I have a registered seizure-alert service dog under 4 pounds that travels the country with me. And he still would not give me a rate. He said they only take dogs for 3 days. I said that I have a registered service dog, not an emotional support dog or something and he said he would not let me stay there for a week or give me a weekly rate. This is completely illegal behavior, besides being just downright rude! I mean, even if this situation doesn't apply to you in particular, there are other places to stay that aren't this rude and weird. The hotel is also listed as "dog friendly". But I had no further desire to stay at a place that did not want me. If you don't want customers, just say so. Do not stay here."
