"Tried to use this Y a while ago, but my membership was on hold. Had a membership from Berkeley so I could use this Y too, didn’t realize my Berkeley membership was on hold so called them to remove the hold to use this facility. However, after calling Berkeley Y and having the hold removed, I was not allowed access to this Y even though they saw I called my main Y. They didn’t even bother to say sorry. I have gone to other Y’s and I was given access even though my Berkeley membership was on hold"

"Rude people,not helpful, they do everything difficult and they make you feel uncomfortable, they know and they enjoy making you feel that way. It just to be my favorite gym, I wish someone from the management could do something about it!"

"EV Family YMCA Staff have gone above and beyond to provide an invaluable learning experience for my children. Each day, they have come home smiling and ready to share with me stories of the activities they did and the friends they made. When I pick them up, I am greeted in a friendly way by the camp staff and I can see that they have gotten to know my children and appreciate having them there. My family and I will continue participating in this summer camp every year. Thank you so much for your hard work! I know it hasn't been easy during these unprecedented times and I appreciate all the thought and energy you have all put into creating a loving community for the children who attend camp at East Valley YMCA."
