"I have had to come back to this location multiple times to get my CDL fixed. Making an appointment each time and waiting longer and longer before I can work due to the staff not being knowledgeable of how to input this information in the system. I spoke to the supervisor today and both the employee and I attempted to make her understand I had already payed for this to be fixed and she still tried to charge me and ask me "Why am I here". She clearly didn't understand the situation other then they aren't wrong and somehow it's my fault. I brought all the paperwork required from DOT Med card to Permits and yet I still had to come back and get my CDL fixed multiple times. They need to be trained on how to update and input all cdl information because not everyone knows what there doing. A supervisor should have been setting a better example of customer service but instead continued to make a situation that could of been easily resolved a very heated, nasty conversation."

"the staff in the front desks was rude and very unprofessional…. It does not matter if you have a scheduled appointment you have to wait more than 1 hour! You only need the appointment to get a number to get to the window! It is suppose that if you have an appointment in times of covid it is to have fewer contacts and less grouping of people! Where is the Social distance? The stupidest appointment system I've ever seen!"

"I read several of the reviews here about this particular location. I went in to get a Florida drivers license. I was hoping for the best and well.....it was great! Total time mins and the guy who took care of me Reggie, was fantastic. I know we're all struggling here with the current situation and all but be patient. Be prepared. Do yourself a favor and call ahead to see what you need to bring. That will help out. Also understand these people are short staffed. Do your part too and plan ahead and be patient and I promise you your experience will be very pleasurable as mine."
