"I like Dr Kim alot ... he's a good guy.. but since the CDC started getting involved in pain management they believe that it's all right to dictate HOW doctors practice medicine... So since about things have gone seriously downhill at this office. The reason I went to this pain management clinic in the first place was because of the original doctor who headed and ran the practice ... Dr Roger B Stephens... ALWAYS willing to find out what works BEST for the patient... Including supportive treatments such as addressing sleep hygiene. Addressing personal history ,socieconomic factors ,nutrition Treating everyone's medical dx profile& history on a one by one basis. Patients that have been with this practice plus yeas have informed me that I'm NOT the ONLY patient having THIS experience.... We are no longer treated as individuals that need individualized care. Unless you need low dosages of pharmaceuticals and are willing to pay a lot of money for more invasive treatment such as injections steroids ablation Etc. Sometimes medication is the ONLY thing that helps. And that's NOT what this practice is willing to hear anymore"

"Dr Kim is the kindest Dr I know. He's personable & respectful. He listens to my comments & concerns. When applicable he includes them in my plan of care. He's empathetic when I explain my cost factor restriction, especially medication, due to pharmacy companies exuberant costs. Seniors don't have money for the medicines that would help us if the cost was reasonable so we could have access to them. Dr Kim is truly a compassionate doctor & we need more like him."
