"My initial experience with this location was generally positive. I had to sit there for a few hours going through the usual back n' forth until I got the price I needed, but otherwise it was uneventful. Everything since then has been utterly abysmal. Ive spoken to someone on the phone at least five different times, explained what I need help with, and each time they promise to help me out and will call me back. Not one of them has called back. I've now stopped by the dealership twice and both times I was assured they would get me what I need and call when I'm good to go. Neither time have they followed through. I always get the same reply where they act like they don't know what happened, they're short handed, blah blah blah. I've been trying for three weeks. I may be stuck with them for now, but this will % be my first and last Nissan. My wife has leased at least five from this dealership and has decided she's never doing business with them again either."

"We contacted a bunch of Nissan dealership in the area and I have to say this is the best experience so far. Other dealerships didn’t answer any of our specific questions but just say whatever they could to get us into the store or trying to get our address. But Ricky here is a really sincere guy that you could have a conversation with via email. He’s patient and transparently answered our questions and worked with us on price before we go into the store. We eventually came in here and worked on the details with Ricky, JJ and Jose. They’re very nice and and pleasant to work with and we’re interested in building a long term relationship with them."
