"Our experience was not a good one. Check in was difficult, computer issues at the desk. My wife and i came back to the hotel ready to settle in for the night. We turned the air conditioner on and went to bed. A few minutes later we noticed the room was getting very warm. I checked the a/c and although the thermostat was set to cool it was blowing hot. (This is all going on at approx 1: am). I called the front desk to inform them of the issue and she didn't seem to know what to do to rectify the situation, so she advised she would call me back in five minutes. We waited about minutes and had not heard from her so i called back. She advised me they were sending someone up with a fan to our room. The security guard arrived at out room with a industrial floor drying fan that was absolutely filthy. I indulged their remedy because at the point we just wanted to go to sleep. Well.... the moment I turn the fan on it immediately filled the room with whatever kind of material that was inside of it. So at this point i called the front desk and asked for a new room. They did accommodate my request, which i feel should have just been offered in the first place! So here we are at 3a.m. now having to pack our things and move to another room that they stated was identical to the room we were in. So we get to the new room which was almost identical except for the fact that the new room did not have a fridge. Needless to say, after the bad check-in, room malfunctions, undertrained staff, no sleep, and the loss of a hundred dollars worth of food because we were just to tired to ask for another room with a fridge, saying we are disappointed with our stay is an understatement."

"The rooms were beat up and the bathroom had chipped paint in the sink. The vanity and tissue holder were both very rusty and needs replacing. The gentleman that works at the check in counter at night was rude and condescending. I was double charged for the pet fee. I was also charged for utilizing valet when I parked on the street. Please look elsewhere if your looking for good customer service and decent quality rooms."

"Be wary of this hotel. As others have said in other reviews the hotel is not well kept for the price. It’s a beautiful hotel in the lobby but the rooms are subpar. The bed gave me and my partner extreme back pain, there wasn’t a desk, no microwave in the room, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close. My main issue with this hotel however is with the staff and security. I was sleeping in my room watching a sitcom at low volume (like pm) and security woke me up banging on my door due to two noise complaints about loud music from my room. The way the hotel is shaped is the rooms are in a square around the lobby and it’s open concept, so you can see and hear all the floors. It was very obviously not my room as they were standing outside it and uh there was no music playing. I told them they woke me up from sleep and the security threatened to call the police on me if the volume didn’t go down. I tried to explain again that there was no music and they ignored me and continued to tell me they would call the police and really didn’t seem to care. Not great lol, would never stay here again and am honestly considering leaving a day or two early because I can’t relax in here anymore after that"

"It's not worth the price. The Holiday inn is close by and they include breakfast. The front desk customer service is so so on a good day. I was in the front of the line and two ladies both looked at me several times but never asked me if I needed help. All I wanted to know was if they serve breakfast. Once again, it's not worth the price of admission and the Holiday inn Express serves a nice breakfast"

"For the price we were extremely disappointed. No fridge or microwave in the room. Room need updated. Had to argue to get then to take cash payment for rooms. Assigned us to room that when we went to it someone was already in that room. Never even offered or asked if we wanted any kind of cleaning while there or if we need new towels or anything. Location was nice and the staff was friendly. But probably will not return."
