"Now that I’ve had some time to adjust back into reality, I’ve had time to reflect on our perfect wedding day. Having Chelsey as our “month-of” coordinator was one of the best investments we made for our wedding. I loved that she took the weight off of my shoulders to ensure everything went smoothly with all of our vendors, bridal party, and family. She even made sure we got to enjoy some of our cake for our limo ride to the hotel. I could tell the way she ran our rehearsal so efficiently that she was the perfect choice to run our wedding efficiently. I am most definitely a Type A, controlling type of person, so for me to put my full trust in someone else shows how confident I felt with her on our team. Because of Chelsey handling all the questions of where everyone was supposed to go and what time to be where, I was able to relax and know that everything was taken care of. Chelsey gave us the best gift of all- peace of mind. I know my stress levels would have been through the roof if it weren’t for her. When we got engaged, I was told that having a wedding coordinator is a MUST and I couldn't agree more. Thank you, Chelsey, for everything!"
"Chelsey was absolutely amazing! She is super detailed oriented and organized which we absolutely loved. Prior to the wedding, we had multiple meetings with her and we were able to go over everything we envisioned for our day. I had done research and thought I had everything covered, but Chelsey knew all of the little tiny details that matter as well that we didn’t even think of originally. Another thing we loved about working with Chelsey is she was always there for us. Even when it wasn’t during a meeting but we had a quick question, she was so quick to respond and help, even when our time with her hadn’t officially started yet. We got the one month planning package, but even outside of the one month, she was there step by step. It was also great that Chelsey was the point person in contacting all of the vendors. It made everything so stress free on our wedding day because we knew she had everything covered. Our wedding was absolutely perfect! I’m so glad that we had Chelsey as our coordinator and HIGHLY recommend her for any couple getting married in the future❤️"
"My now husband and I hired Chelsey as our day-of wedding coordinator and I can’t even begin to explain how amazing our experience with her was! From the beginning, I knew that having someone to help would be so important for our wedding (and my anxiety), but we couldn’t seem to find the perfect coordinator. Once I got in contact with Chelsey, we scheduled a call to go over what I was looking for. From the beginning, she was very attentive to everything I mentioned. She worked with our budget and was more than happy to answer all of my questions(I’m sure there were a lot!). Even though I know she had other weddings to work on, she never made us feel like she wasn’t there for ours. The day of the wedding, I was able to relax while getting ready because I knew there was someone I trusted enough to communicate with all vendors and take care of small things that came up. Chelsey’s detailed and impeccable timeline combined with her extraordinary coordinating skills made me feel so at ease! The day couldn’t have gone smoother! During the reception, Chelsey went above and beyond to serve our plates (even though we had servers) as we were running around talking to our friends and family. We honestly couldn’t have found a more perfect match for us. My husband and I have mentioned several times how our wedding wouldn’t be as memorable and enjoyable as it was, had it not been for her. Chelsey is extremely sweet, has such a contagious laugh, and definitely knows how to handle business! Working with her was so easy and enjoyable!"
"We had an amazing wedding day with Chelsey as our month of coordinator which included day of coordinator. She made sure all the vendors were taking care of setting up where they were supposed too. We didn't have to worry about any details she handled everything. Even when we needed to change plans she took to the changes in schedule with stride. She was always available to help us or run grab anything for us."
