"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Donna Beth Creations. I am getting married in TWO WEEKS and I cannot wear the dress that I purchased and fell in love with because the Donna Beth team rendered in unwearable. The actual quality of the alterations is extremely poor considering the amount of money that Donna Beth charges. All of the hem lines on my dress are crooked and sloppy. Donna has ruined my dress and my wedding and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone."

"Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend these services to anyone. Wedding planning season is so exciting but also stressful. I used Donna Beth because of their outstanding reputation with hope for stress alleviation and I could not have been more disappointed. When I unzipped the bag containing my dress the morning of my wedding, after being reassured that it was finished and instructed not unpack it prior--as they had packed it for my travel--there was still a yellow pin attaching the unattached breast pad to the dress that stuck me in the stomach when I put the dress on and there were strings sticking out EVERYWHERE. My photographer insisted on pausing our photos to cut them because they was so apparent. So, I had an unfinished wedding dress that only had one attached breast pad and had strings all over the dress that I was reassured would be removed. Everyone that I interacted with was so nice, however, I paid $ and I do not think that it is acceptable that all of these issues occurred after spending the time and resources of going through Donna Beth Creations. I had only heard good things about this business so I was reasonably disappointed when I encountered what I did, on my wedding day no less. When I reached out, Donna herself responded and offered me a partial refund since they did not complete all of the care services that I was charged for. However, even after following up multiple times, I never heard from them again and never got any sort of refund. I did get one more email asking to be featured on their instagram with my altered dress, which just added insult to injury at that point and made me feel so disregarded! No bride should have to feel that panic on their wedding day or be ignored afterwards."

"Initially when going to the company for bridal alterations I was so excited! Wonderful service from a woman named Anna & the dressing rooms were lovely. Unfortunately, Anna left and my service from that point declined exponentially. My dress is a crepe fabric and the fit was never truly fixed, especially the top. I repeatedly expressed concerns and even had to add an additional appointment just to be dismissed by Donna, herself. The conversations would go something like: “this really doesn’t fit my breasts,” for her to say “it’s just the fabric, there’s nothing we can do about it…” (which later I found out by my other alterations place is not true). They also used metal clips on a detachable bow that are very visible and take away from the beauty of my dress. I spent $ for this bow which now I’m not even using. The experience overall was very silencing and I had to take my dress to another alterations place. Overall was unsatisfied."

"I started somewhere else for my wedding dress alterations and it was night and day how much more I loved Donna Beth Creations. They were the same price as others, but it feels much nicer inside, top quality work, and very friendly staff that are excited for you. The bustle on my dress turned out better than I could have imagined."

"Donna Beth is wonderful and her team knows their stuff! I not only had my dress altered here, but after the wedding we chopped it into a dinner/cocktail dress for future use and she did amazing at both. No corrections were needed either time. The cocktail dress is a bit of a different fit, but that has more to do with the fact that we cut all the weight off the dress to hold it down fully. I think it's important during the fittings to share with the seamstress exactly what you want/think, also wear the dress for a few minutes to make sure it fits how you want in the 2nd fitting and everything should be fine :) Anyway, some photos attached because I can't help but share!
