It's the dollar store, I got the chance to save a little money

I brought my service dog into the store so I could quickly buy a birthday gift. I was accused of having a fake service animal and that my dog was used for the entertainment of others. Not all disabilities are physically seen. Not all service animals are even for a physical disability. My dog happens to be a protection dog. Very angry and hurt that a staff worker would ever accuse someone of that.

While they do indeed usually have exactly what I'm going there for, I'm not sure the new managers attitude is worth it. She is extremely rude and difficult to deal with, one particular day I had showed her my ID for ciggs and she literally chucked it back at me it almost fell onto the floor she chucked it at me so rough, I stopped it and told her not to throw it at me again like that and that I had paid alot of money for my passport and dont appreciate her attitude. And it's the same rudeness every time I see her, I don't understand why, and it's not just me. I like the new employees though they are really pleasant and sweet.

Some staff can make it an experience you will choose to never have again and never come back. No organization terrible customer service items needed always out of stock or cant be gotten too to restock

The manager is a great worker,always there to help. Would be five stars but they need more help with stocking those shelves.
