Doug was extremely fast, used a modern method for fixing the problem and was very nice and professional. I’ve always had very good service from DMS.

I received Excellent service on multiple occasions however, this last time I had an issue with Water heater that was only a few months old. Chris the installer was the best! He made this so easy and seamless! He was very professional, quick and kept in constant communication. Would definitely use DMS for all plumbing needs!!

Had an appt between 9-1, nobody showed up or called to say they were going to be late. Not professional or reliable in my opinion. Customers do work, a courtesy call would have been appropriate.

I called today after seeing reviews on Google and they were able to get someone out a couple hours later to help me with our bathroom faucet issues and install. Doug was our technician and he was on time and friendly. He did great work and everything works so much better now, we love our new faucet and so glad the old one is gone and cannot cause any further issues. Thank you!!
