"I was referred to DJ’s by a trusted landscaper. The owner was prompt, quoted within a day, and very straight forwarded with everything. By talking to him, you can tell he has a passion for his work. The installation took less than a day (about 6 hours total) and my existing lawn wasn’t damaged. All my questions were answered right away. The system/app that DJ’s uses is easy to use. It automatically adjusts watering length based on rain/temperatures in the past and expected rain/temperatures for your specific address. As someone who works in the turf industry and sells many fertilizers, pesticides, and other turf products to golf courses, lawn care companies and homeowners, I can’t tell you how important that feature is. Lastly, if you truly want a great looking lawn you need an irrigation system. Mother Nature is far too unpredictable and if applying fertilizers and pesticides, some carry watering in instructions. You’ll solve many problems by having an irrigation system. DJ’s is the only way to go. My only regret is not having irrigation installed earlier."

"The text messaging and email notication systems are a great addition. However, I prefered the phone call letting me know that the crew is on their way. I work full-time minutes from my home and I live alone. I've been a customer for over years. I haven't had problems until technology advanced and took over. Fair warning to customers. IF you are NOT home or are within 5 minutes of your home after receiving the text message or email, the crew will NOT wait for you to arrive. The company charges you $ for a "No Show Fee"; which must be paid or your account is turned over to collections. The annual maintenance was $ (startup, mid-season checkup, winter blow-out). I paid for startup which wasn't done. I started the system by myself after contacting Toro and watching YouTube DIY. I paid for the mid-season checkup which was done. Oddly, the company scheduled a mid-season checkup without a record that it was even started for the season, per the receptionist. I paid for winter blow-out which was scheduled, but wasn't done. I received the text message at :am, was home at :pm, waited until :pm and left to go back to work. On my contract, I wrote that I needed a minute heads up call. Other than that, DJ's Lawn Sprinklers crew does a great job even with some communication breakdowns during COVID."

"Extremely busy service and hard to get a hold of someone. The technicians are allowed to do up to $ worth of repairs without a preapproval and send you a bill with labor costs and repairs. When asked where were the exact repairs/ replacement done I was told we are too busy to mark that, so basically just take our word for it. How is one meant to pay for a service where you wonder if it was performed at all."

"After years in our house, we finally decided to buy an irrigation system! The company's owner came himself to give us our quote. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work and company. The quote for the cost of our sprinklers was very competitive. I am a general contractor and work with many subcontractors. This company was a complete pleasure to work with. The installers were professional, very quick, and meticulous. There was minimal to no damage to our existing lawn after the installation. The app provided with the sprinkler installations is awesome and very user friendly. I highly recommend DJ's Lawn Sprinklers."

"Extremely bad. poor communication. I have been with them for more than years. This year is the worst. Missed broken heads with water running day and night and I could not get hold of the tech. I only could talk to the scheduler who can not answer or solve any issue. They could not even tell me when the sprinkler system suppose to work because I do not see it working since they turn it on. I think they are getting too busy to provide a good customer service. I will definitely find another company next year."
