"These are the facts. They will try to spin it to make me look like an idiot, but these are the facts. I entered my coolers model number on THEIR web site. THEIR web site produced a part number to order. I ordered it. It would not fit. I very politely corresponded with the company. They told me I ordered the wrong number. The manufacturer changed the gasket design. They insisted it was my fault and refused to do anything except discount an additional order, even though it was THEIR website that produced the part number for me to order. Buyer beware with these people."
