"I love to support family owned businesses over corporate owned. Going into this there is a few things to understand. You can only pick up individual pellet bags on Saturdays. You can place an order for a ton of pellets during the week and schedule delivery ($ for us). It's not a bad price for delivery but we live not even roughly 8 minutes down the road it just doesn't make sense to pay for it. We placed the order for a pallet of pellets (1 ton=2, lbs= bags). My husband went the next day to pick it up. BEWARE they help you load ONLY when you buy individual bags on Saturdays (you cannot buy more than individual bags I believe). If you buy a ton and go pick the order up any other day of the week that they are open they will NOT help you load your vehicle. Fully staffed with guys standing around and not one of them came out to help my husband load the bags in the truck. He went in and asked if anyone was coming out to help and they simply said no they don't help load. There was no disclosure anywhere stating they won't help if you come pick up the ton of pellets yourself. Remind you when they deliver they don't actually do much besides using a small fork lift to lift the pallet off the truck and into your garage/driveway. Unfortunately we might start looking for another pellet dealer that offers a little more customer service."

Bagged coal I got was very poor quality same can be found in tractor supply. I found Cornwall coal a pleasure to deal with. they appreciate your business and carry much better quality products. Well worth the extra drive"
