The Manager at this location is extremly rude I purchase a product in less than 3 weeks and he doesn't want to return it (and its defective) We went though their return policies and there is no place where it says that type of product cannot be returned.

I purchased a pair of running shoes for my daughter on 12/5/21 from the Alamo Ranch location which were out of stock at the store but would be shipped to my home. I received tracking info via email from a third party, Lone Star Overnight, that they had been delivered on 12/11/21 at 2:31 pm. I immediately checked my front porch and every other place the package may have been left, nothing. I was home at the time so I didn’t believe they were actually delivered since no one rang the doorbell or even knocked as this would have alerted my dogs. My advice, if they don’t have them in stock DO NOT have them shipped to you. Never again, this was supposed to be a Christmas present.

Went to but shoes worth over $150 on display. They tell me "We don't sell those shoes unless they are rerurned." They had a 3 foot section of shoes displayed they don't carry.
