"Good service but not the greatest selection. CarMax had what we wanted. It was not the salemans fault because he was nice. When are the cars coming back like before. CarMax had a lot but how come the dealers don't. I know they tried and we thank you."

"Their service is terrible!! Every time I take my jeep for service they do something wrong. I have my jeep ceramic coated and last time I took it, they mess up my paint. The managers Cesar and Jaime do not even care. It is useless to talk to them. They said they will fix my problem and now, they are saying they are not paying that the problem is not theirs. When they know they don’t use the best material to clean your vehicle. If I could give them a zero start I would, for their lack of ethic and customer service."

"This was the single best experience with getting maintenance completed on any of the vehicles I’ve owned in my years of driving. I can’t even tell you all the ways I screwed this visit up, but Charles, Eric, and Caesar were absolute gems. If you’re a hot mess like me, please give them a couple months to recover from me. Just kidding…get your car taken care of by these fine ladies and gents! I can only surmise that they subscribe to the adage of taking care of customers like they’d want care taken of their own families. Oh, and they were incredibly fast!"

"Parts department here are overcharging on the parts for dodge. They will also tell you that it is a special order and you looking at waiting 2 weeks. That is unacceptable. That is why I am thankful for online auto parts stores. I don’t know how these old system of ripping off customer company’s won’t stop hustling people. Not cool at all. I highly do not recommend this dealership"

"Service review: Very easy to get help as soon as you drive up, fast service, and friendly advisers who aren't trying to sell you everything they can. This place puts the westside Jeep dealer to shame. Only thing was the express side and regular service side are easy to get mixed up if you made an online appointment. Would highly recommend."
