Charlie took time out of his evening to get additional pictures for me (I’m pretty sure he did this even after the store closed). Happy to have found this shop. Seemed like he cared about making the sale when so many dealers just blow you off these days since the demand is so high."

"I never like to leave poor reviews on small businesses because I believe in supporting local business. That being said the manager in there is in need of a serious attitude adjustment. Has no passion for the job and even in an empty store doesn’t want to be bothered. Giving three stars because it seems they have nice stock. I took about three minutes of his time purchased the item I wanted only to find out the seal was busted when I got to my truck. I just left didn’t want to go back inside and will not return. Go here if you know exactly what you want but do not ask them questions."

"Mixed bag here. Visited many times over the years. Some folks are very welcoming and encourage you to grab a job and jam. The guy yesterday was overly concerned about anyone touching a guitar. Even told a couple of young guys they couldn't plug in and try a guitar about mins before they closed. I get being careful. With your guitars. He just seemed way more concerned with his guitars being touched and getting people out before he left. I was actually going to buy a PRS but I ordered from Sweetwater instead. My new PRS Studio is being delivered tomorrow!"

"NO PLACE TO PARK!!!! Located in the heart of downtown Birmingham. In the middle of all the chaos. WAY too congested in that area. Zero places to park. Totally not worth it.....To the owners- Sorry...but You guys picked the stupidest location. Good luck...."
