The guy that answer the phone, was so rude!! No customer service skills, didnt let you finish asking question, answered with a bad attitude..best advice, "if you don't like your job resign"

Literally every time I have called, the system says its busy and hangs up. How am I suppose to get anything done? They would have negative stars if possible.

No one knows what they’re talking about. I’ve called a handful of times. Always wait more than a half hour to speak to someone and then continually get different answers and misinformation.

These people have poor customer service and have no empathy for people and their situations and what they're going through. people are struggling and going without and these people are here supposedly to help you in a time of the pandemic these people don't care about anybody but themselves they need to hire new staffs with empathy and care for the community

Card never mails to me. It’s been over 3 months we haven’t received a card. Money only shows online so it’s just like numbers only not real money. Terrible
