"Absolutely horrid. Countless emails with no reply, never update anything after court and judge orders, next to impossible to get help, basically just TAKE your money if you over pay. They asked me to pay early because it would look good then just garnished my wages on top of my payment anyway leaving me with credit cards to support myself. The department is a total unethical mess."

I sat with my case manager working on private matters when a tall young pretty Hispanic woman came over and abruptly, & unprofessionally served me papers which I had already been aware of and had numerous copies of dealing with this case over the last 2 years! She was literally glowing with the glee of satisfaction of serving me the bad news as the highlight of her day. I reminded her I had already seen this numerous times and she was so excited about accomplishing absolutely nothing. And the fact that they force parents to finance 3rd party payment system fees is an unconstitutional crock of s***, for the next years in my case. My ex was receiving more $ voluntarily before they made support orders. One star well deserved!"

"Called every two weeks. Provided the address my ex works at. His name his home address...everything. somehow they can't find him or his employer. Even with a court order. Child support doesn't get taken out of his pay because these people have no idea what they are doing."

"Unprofessional, rude, and ghetto. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Perhaps, these people are used to dealing with dirtbags and bottom barrel individuals. I called to check the status of my case and explain I had made a similar phone call 4 weeks ago, when the representative heard me say opposite of what she was stating she proceeded to get loud, yell and state she "wasn't here to argue." Word of advice ma'am, get a new job because you are not fit for customer service. Just as I conveyed to her, she may be used to talking like that to other individuals, but she will not speak to me that way. I have an interstate child support with Colorado and those representatives are respectful and helpful. I'll be conducting business through them. San Diego child support is garbage."
