"The doctor I had seen was great but the front desk girls were rude af. Not pleasant or nice to talk to, they just seemed like they didnt want to talk to to you, period. Get new front desk workers and this place would be so much better. What's with native American old women that have such snooty attitudes?"

"Went with my daughter in October to the dental clinic, did all the necessary paperwork even though we have been seen here before. We get seen, xrays taken, exam done, dental staff was terrific. Have to pay before we leave so I know they know who we are. TODAY, come back for the followup for both of us, cleaning and dental visits for both. They have no input forms for either of us, all our personal info and all the signatures are on the other paperwork that they lost or shredded before it was scanned. Identity theft anyone? Very disappointed."

"They ran blood tests and when I was called back with the results, they left it on my voicemail almost impossible to understand. When I called back to ask questions, I felt likr no one even knew what was going on. So disappointing. This is precisely why people don't seek medical care."

You expect me to set an appointment to get seen when i'm sick and only have one physician available for the day? even then, you didn't bother to set an appointment for me and just left me wondering what I should do to get health services. terrible services and not enough staff! they are just as bad, OR EVEN WORSE than the reservation hospitals"
