"This is one of the worst pharmacies. They never pick up the phone and when they do, they hand up immediately. Left my medication in a hotel room and needed an urgent refill and called for 3 days straight, was on hold for over minutes each time and had to call the front. Then when I was transferred I was immediately hung up on after “hello.” Very very poor behavior on the pharmacy’s part. I can’t advise NOT to go here enough."
"My doctors office had to call 3 times and leave messages and electronic send in one prescription just to get it filled. These people are clueless and they are.rude when you call and the lie and say ko one called and no one left a message."
"Went to CVS at Preston & Beltline in Dallas to get my prescription. It was not in stock. Ordered yesterday when Doc called it in. Call us later. Just called. Been on the phone for mins. Hung up. This place has very poor customer service when you try to get waited on when you are there and when you call. DO NOT GO THERE."
"I was trying to only give them my insurance info, and they wanted to basically argue with me about my meds not being ready. I told them I get it, I just need to give you my ins info. Wasn't expecting it to be ready. I had just made a transfer like 5 min ago. So, again I wanted to give him my insurance info. But I've worked at CVS pharmacy for 3 years and i know how things work. Didn't need the attitude. My dad works for CVS corporate and is allowed to report CVS that are doing horrible service like this one. Good luck."
"The directions were almost impossible to follow and lead me down a number of “rabbit holes and I could never find my location. Again, and this happens frequently, I cannot figure out how to turn the service off and it keeps talking to me and that is very very annoying. Sometimes I can find end route, but this time I could not and this stupid app keeps"
